Experience the NEW Regional Food and Wine menu!! Uuuhm par excellence. The sauce with the Salmon dish... How Do they do that!! How 'bout a meaningful relationship with a Red Snapper swimming in Cognac tomato sauce(Grrrreat!)....Ok that comment was over the top , but I figured most people didn't read this far! You get the idea, we ALL HAVE FUN @ CFB... a really fun place. Do a pizza or stomboli if you wish, but for an extra shekel...ART..a fine dish with an indescribable sauce,WOW!! I hope you share the perfect experience here & I know you will, like a walk in Venezia or a dance in Firenze...Come get spoiled. I dare you to check the menu and choose something (see Coal Fired Link above). The food is beyond magnifico, and there is So much to choose from!! Each dish has individual PROVEN WOW factor that will talk to you. Ask me I've tried Many of them! It seems European cooking has hundreds of years of success and tradition they have build on. There is No other earthly experience like balanced parmesan with drops of Red Vino! DO ask for their reccomended wine pairings with the meal. (David really knows!) ... just do it...you will thank me. (& they have filtered water & air) I recommend getting to really know 1 or 2 of the wine names, personally, and make them worthy of your confidence. ...and the Brunello,Chianti,or Super Tuscan..you can order blindly...pick any one....exquisite Italian grace.....
